Custom Home Building
We pride ourselves on our ability to build and manage your home’s construction—from plan selection to the final details of landscaping, and everything in between. We specialize in 
homes ranging from $400,000 to $750,000. Your creative and challenging projects are wholeheartedly welcomed. We look after every detail, including 10 year home warranty, construction insurance, and WCB. And we embrace new trends in building development and are pleased to offer Built Green certification, online web-based project management, and full-time staff dedicated to support you with your many choices in interior and exterior design and product purchases.
Consulting and Project Management
We’re pleased to offer a flexible range of services for people considering a more active role in their home’s construction. These services range from providing our local expertise and knowledge as consultants to true do-it-yourselfers, to more hands-on project management, build to foundation, build to lockup, and exterior finishing. We’d be pleased to help you in any way achieve your dreams.
Renovation and Enhancement
Copper Island offers a wide range of renovations services, from complete structuralrebuilding to cosmetic updating, and everything in between. We’re also pleased to offer insurance-based renovation and repairs, and support qualified insurance 
restoration companies or do-it-yourselfers. All of our renovation work is completely warrantied.
Interior Design and Decorating
Copper Island is the only Blind Bay home builder with a certified interior designer on our team, offering design, material selection, color coordination and style support. In addition to providing these services to our custom home clients, our interior designer offers this support as a standalone service, with fees based on either fixed price, cost plus or management fee contract. Our designer is also a Hunter Douglas Prestige Select Dealer, and can oversee our entire window coverings sales and service.
