Here's one of several new projects we have underway -- a spacious, one level rancher located on prestigious Golf Course Drive in Shuswap Lake Estates. This timeless layout, created by Meyer Designs out of Coldstream, fits in beautifully with the other golf course-themed homes in the area.

Work just got underway, with the site clearing and excavation being done by Traxx Excavating out of Blind Bay (our first time using this reputable contractor). With that work completed earlier this week, our framing and foundation crew moved onto the site to form for footings. Their quick and efficient work allowed us to pump the footings yesterday. Needless to say, we all know winter's coming, so it's all hands on deck to complete the foundation next week, and complete the framing to lockup by December.

Below are the front and back elevation drawings of this beautiful home, along with a few photos of excavation, cribbing for footings, and concrete being pumped into the footings formwork.
